We're 18 games per day. We have a draft penalty for tankers. Teams who fail to win 50 games (10 spots) and 55 games (5 spots). We also have a weighted lottery so guys trying to win 55 games exactly still aren't guaranteed to get the first pick.
We are a variable development league.
Regular features in the league include 1) preseason power rankings; 2) Prospects Report and Farm System of the Year; 3) Hall of Fame balloting every season; 4) Draft reviews; 5) Prediction contests in which the winner will have my first round pick named after you.
